Very poor quality and the label is just glue on transparent paper - tacky
Hi Jayne, So sorry that you are disappointed, I've just dropped you an email to see if there is anything I can do to try and help. The listing does state that the personalisation / printing is a cracker wrap, I never want to be misleading when selling my products. The wrap, I have found, needs to be on translucent lightweight paper to ensure it blends well with the cracker itself when made up. Otherwise it's a bit clunky in appearance- a seperate part, which wasn't the look I wanted, and why they look so good made up. I would encourage you to have an afternoon making them, with a glass of mulled wine and maybe you can come back and review again when you have them made and ready, as I know how gorgeous they will be. The boards and all other parts are exactly the same as my handwritten crackers and quality is one thing that I can assure you is top notch! Speak soon - Clare
